Advanced booking settings
For each pass, limits can be set for the number of bookings (e.g. 1x/day or 2x/week).
In addition, classes can be hidden for member groups from which the classes cannot be booked. This means that these classes are only visible to those members who can book them. This increases the clarity and optimizes the presentation of your offer.

The course system allows you to link classes that build on each other. This allows you to map a complex range of courses at different skill levels and support your members in their choice of courses. For example, an advanced class can be set so that it builds on another class for beginners. SportsNow sends a notification to the member when the pass for the beginner class expires and recommends the advanced class that builds on it.

Automatic account blocking for non-payment
If members do not pay their invoices, their account with your studio will be automatically blocked and they will no longer be able to book classes. This protects your studio against possible payment defaults.
Shift schedules
