Eva Marugg

Eva ist Mutter von zwei Teenagern, ausgebildete Kindergärtnerin und Bewegungsschauspielerin. Durch das Theater kam sie in Berührung mit Tanz, Akrobatik und Pantomime. Ihre Leidenschaft für die Bühne, ihre Kreativität und ihre Freude an Bewegung fließen direkt in Eva´s CANTIENICA®-Klassen. „An der Methode fasziniert mich, dass die Bewegungen, so klein sie auch sind, total anstrengend sein können. Ich bin überzeugt, um Fortschritte in Haltung, Kraft und Beweglichkeit zu erzielen, muss man das Maximum aus dem Körper herauskitzeln. Bewusste Entspannungssequenzen unterstützen dabei den Weg in die Tiefe“, sagt Eva. „Dieses Wechselspiel von Spannung und Entspannung, ähnlich dem Rhytmus der Natur, möchte ich in meinen Lektionen vermitteln“.

Eva is the mother of two teenagers, a trained kindergarten teacher, and a movement actress. Through theater, she came into contact with dance, acrobatics, and pantomime. Her passion for the stage, her creativity, and her joy of movement directly flow into Eva's CANTIENICA® classes. "What fascinates me about the method is that the movements, no matter how small, can be totally exhausting. I am convinced that to make progress in posture, strength, and flexibility, one must coax the maximum out of the body. Conscious relaxation sequences support this journey into depth," says Eva. "I want to convey this interplay of tension and relaxation in my lessons, similar to the rhythm of nature."
