Core Strength Yoga
This class combines yoga with progressive strength training to build core strength, improve posture, increase mobility and enhance overall wellbeing.
Through mindful movement, good alignment and gradually increasing challenge, you'll develop lasting strength, stability and body awareness to move more freely and with greater confidence. Suitable for anyone wishing to build strength, improve stability and continue their practice beyond the postnatal period.
This class is recommended once your core has fully recovered and any rectus diastasis has closed.
