Mit einem feinen Gespür für Menschen möchte ich im Yoga eine Brücke zwischen einer fokussierten, kräftigen Yogapraxis und der weichen, emotionalen Seite des Menschseins schaffen. Yoga ist so vielseitig und bunt wie du und das Leben.
Der Stundenaufbau erfolgt bei mir Schritt für Schritt und es wird Variationen geben, so dass alle ihr Level finden. Mal sind die Stunden mehr körperbezogen, manchmal mehr philosophisch und für die emotionale Seite des Menschseins gedacht.

Ich unterrichte auf Deutsch und Englisch.

With a sensitive awareness for people, I aim to create a bridge in my yoga teaching between a focused, strong physical practice and the softer, emotional side of being human.
Yoga is as diverse and colorful as you are – and as life itself.
My classes are built step by step, offering variations so that everyone can find their own level. Sometimes the focus is more physical, at other times more philosophical, inviting space for the emotional dimension of being human.

I teach in German and English.
