I discovered yoga in 2013 in Portugal where I was joining a surf & yoga camp. I was amazed how yoga helped me physically to recover after a tough surfing session in the sea and at the same time improved my surfing skills (strength, balance, coordination). Since then yoga is a devoted companion in my life. I used to be an Executive Assistant for big international companies. Yoga helped me to balance my body, mind & soul even during the most stressful periods and to stay focused. In 2015 I decided to take a break from my daily life and was backpacking through India where I successfully completed my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Course at Sampoorna Yoga. After my sabbatical I decided to leave my day to day job to be able to focus on teaching yoga and sharing the positive influence yoga has on a physical & psychological side.
