The early morning hours are the most precious of the day — a quiet time to set the tone for what lies ahead. We begin by gently arriving in the space, tuning into the body with awareness and simple breathing exercises. As the energy builds, we warm up and move into dynamic sun salutations, gradually exploring more challenging postures. Toward the end, we slow down again, leaving space to ground, calm, and integrate the practice.
You’ll step off the mat recharged — with clarity, balance, and fresh energy to carry you through your day.

We practice Vinyasa Krama: a holistic and dynamic approach where movement is synchronized with the breath to create a meditative flow that nurtures both body and spirit. Each class weaves together a touch of philosophy, breathing techniques, and asanas, offering a moment to reconnect deeply with yourself.

Classes take place in English and are open to all levels.

Who would have thought that when a friend once asked me, “Do you want to join a yoga class?” it would open the door to a whole new universe of movement and philosophy. That was back in 2018. Since then, I’ve been returning to the Yoga mat whenever possible, exploring how aligning breath with movement transforms both physical and mental well-being. I have been privileged to practice with excellent teachers in Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga over the past years, who accompanied me on the journey. With time, I wanted to dive deeper into this ancient practice.

In 2023, my curiosity led me deeper into yoga philosophy through a 15-hour training on Bhakti yoga, mantra, and voice exploration. In spring 2025, I travelled across India for several months to deepen my practice. Following the recommendations of my favourite Yoga teachers, I practiced in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, and Mysore, the capital of Ashtanga yoga, and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with YogaGau.

I now share what I value most in my teachers: the alignment of breath and movement in structured sequences that calm the mind and bring ease to the body. This approach, called Vinyasa Krama, is holistic and dynamic, synchronized with the breath to create a meditative flow that nurtures both body and spirit. My classes weave together philosophy, breathing practices, and asanas, inviting students to reconnect with themselves.

At the Spin’n Fly pole dance studio, our yoga sessions are open to everyone — whether you’re a beginner, a neighbor looking for a pause in your day, or simply someone seeking a moment of disconnection and presence.
