Beginner Multi Equipment Class

New to Pilates or the equipment? This class is a welcoming introduction to working with the reformer, tower, chair and other Pilates apparatus. Learn the foundations, get familiar with the equipment and build strength and confidence at a comfortable pace before progressing to our regular Multi Equipment Classes.

Sarolta Arany

Sarolta Arany, originally from Budapest, has a deep-rooted passion for sports and an inspiring journey in the world of movement. Growing up in an active family, she explored various sports, including cross-country skiing, triathlon, basketball, and more. Sarolta's love for movement eventually led her to Pilates in 2021, transforming her perspective on fitness.

She completed her Pilates mat instructor training in Budapest in 2023, and her Polestar Reformer education in 2024, and now she's here with us at Serratonin Pilates, ready to share her expertise and passion.
