Throughout the years, I have explored various types of physical postures (asanas) for my own practice, finding my balance with hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga. My yoga journey deepened significantly during my recovery from an acute herniated disc, which taught me the importance of mindful movements and listening to my (body's) needs as much as my mind’s ambitions. To me, the physical practice of yoga is about aligning mindfully with one’s true self, rather than forcing the body into a picture-perfect pose.
As a 500H Yoga Alliance qualified yoga and meditation teacher, my intention is to guide you in turning your attention inward and foster your mind-body connection. While teaching, I enjoy walking around to provide assistance during practice, always asking for consent before applying touch. Having experienced the transformative power of yoga during my recovery, I strive to create a supportive space where others can heal and grow at their own pace. My teaching style focuses on mindful movements, breath awareness and meditation with a little twist of yoga therapy poses. I teach in English, yet French and German are also options.
