Pilates Mat — Class in English

Pilates Mat class in English, live from your own home. Groups of 8 people maximum: small enough to stop, correct, try again.

Suitable for complete beginners and for anyone coming back after an injury.

What you need: a mat and a square metre of space. A ball and light weights are useful but not essential — if you don't have them, we adapt.

🇮🇹 Sono Marzia, istruttrice di Pilates certificata. Italiana, a Zurigo dal 2022. Insegno online in italiano e in inglese.

Ho iniziato come praticante e l'insegnamento è diventato il passo naturale. Ho certificazioni in Pilates Mat & Reformer, Pre e Post-natale e Pilates per patologie ortopediche e neurologiche comuni. Le mie lezioni sono costruite intorno al controllo e all'intenzione — per corpi e vite reali.

I started out as a student and teaching became the natural next step. I'm certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates, Pre and Postnatal, and Pilates for common orthopaedic and neurological conditions. My classes are built around control and intention — for real bodies and real lives.
