Sie nutzen die Buchungsplattform der SportsNow GmbH, Effingerstrasse 4, 3011 Bern (SportsNow), um sich für das Group Fitness Angebot der INDIGO Health Clubs zu registrieren (falls eine Platzreservation erforderlich ist) oder Einblick in den Stundenplan des Group Fitness Angebots zu erhalten. Die Verantwortung über die Richtigkeit der von Ihnen Eingegebenen Daten liegt bei Ihnen. Folgende Eingaben sind zwingend:

Durch die Eingabe Ihrer persönlichen Daten und das Absenden der Registrierung nehmen Sie zur Kenntnis und erklären Sie sich einverstanden, dass Ihre persönlichen Daten verschlüsselt an die von derUBS beauftragte INDIGO Fitness Zürich AG, Blaufahnenstrasse  3, 8001 Zürich (Indigo) und deren Unterbeauftragte SportsNow zum Zweck der Abwicklung Ihrer Teilnahme am Group Fitness Angebot in den INDIGO Health Clubs sowie zum Zweck der Kennzahlenerhebung und Angebotsgestaltung der Group Fitness Kurse von Indigo und SportsNow bearbeitet werden.

Sämtliche Daten werden auf Cloud Servern von Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Irland, Deutschland und England gespeichert. Nach dem durch Sie ausgelösten Deaktivieren des Accounts werden Ihre personenbezogenen Anmeldedaten (User Credentials) bestehend aus E-Mail, Passwort und deren Verbindung zu den Buchungsdaten (Processing Daten) gelöscht. Ihre anonymisierten Buchungsdaten bestehend aus den elektronischen Platzreservationen (Processing Data) werden während 10 Jahren auf Cloud Servern von AWS in Irland, Deutschland und England gespeichert und zum Zweck der Kennzahlenerhebung und Angebotsgestaltung der Group Fitness Kurse an die UBS weitergeleitet.

Information Regarding the Entry, Storage, Use, and Disclosure of Your Personal Data

By entering your personal data and submitting the registration, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be communicated in encrypted form to the UBS auxiliary INDIGO Fitness Zurich AG, Blaufahnenstrasse  3, 8001 Zurich (Indigo) and its subcontractor, SportsNow, for the purpose of processing your participation in the Group Fitness offering in the INDIGO Health Clubs, as well as for the purpose of collecting data and adjusting the offering for the Group Fitness classes and will be processed by INDIGO and SportsNow. 

All data is stored on cloud servers from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Ireland, Germany, and England. After you initiate the deactivation of the account, your personal login information (user credentials) consisting of email, password, and their connections to the booking data (processing data) is deleted. Your anonymized booking data consisting of the electronic reservations (processing data) is stored for ten years on cloud servers from AWS in Ireland, Germany, and England and communicated to Credit Suisse for the purpose of collecting data and adjusting the offering for the Group Fitness classes.
