This beginner-friendly class is perfect for children who are new to gymnastics. The focus is on foundational skills, core stability, and boosting self-esteem through fun and dynamic exercises. Our goal is to help children develop a passion for gymnastics while inspiring them to be their best selves. This class encourages creativity, self-expression, and a love for movement, providing a welcoming environment for all newcomers.

Terrain Christie

The owner of CrossFit Thalwil, Terrain’s journey started in Montego Bay, Jamaica, before moving to New York at age six, where his love for sports took off. From football, basketball, and track & field to weightlifting and functional fitness, his athletic background shaped the coach he is today.
A CrossFit Level 2 Coach (working toward Level 3!), athletic trainer, and certified nutrition coach, Terrain brings experience, energy, and passion to every class. His expertise spans personal training, group coaching, and sports education, helping athletes of all levels build strength, confidence, and resilience.
In Switzerland, Terrain has expanded his coaching to include youth sports development, working with kids to improve confidence, manage anxiety, and build a strong athletic foundation. Whether he’s coaching adults or kids, his goal is the same: helping people unlock their full potential through fitness.
