Flow & Restore
A practice designed to create balance and ease in body and mind.
This class combines dynamic Vinyasa Yoga with Restorative forms of Yoga (Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra). Active sequences build strength and fluidity, while longer-held restorative poses support the body’s intelligence to re-adjust and restore.
Open to all levels. Modifications and variations will be offered to support practitioners of all levels.
The class is taught in English.
