Wahre Fitness bedeutet, sich im Alltag mühelos bewegen zu können, sei es beim Balancieren auf einem Bein, während du deine Socken anziehst, oder beim entspannten Aufstehen vom Boden.
Yoga & Mobility verbindet aktive Kraft mit tiefer Beweglichkeit. Du lernst, deine Bewegungen sicher und kontrolliert auszuführen, verbesserst deine Koordination und entwickelst funktionelle Kraft in jeder Haltung. Der Fokus liegt darauf, mehr Bewegungsfreiheit, Stabilität und Leichtigkeit zu schaffen, auf der Matte und im Alltag.

The focus is on creating more freedom, stability and ease in the way you move, both on and off the mat.
