Für mich ist Yoga weit mehr als körperliche Bewegung. Es ist eine ganzheitliche Praxis, die achtsames Atmen, Selbstreflexion und Akzeptanz umfasst.
Durch Yoga lerne ich jeden Tag, mir selbst und anderen mit mehr Bewusstsein zu begegnen. In meiner Praxis lege ich besonderen Wert auf „Sthira Sukham Asanam“ – die Balance zwischen Stabilität und Leichtigkeit in jeder Haltung.

Ich unterrichte auf Deutsch und Englisch.

For me, yoga is much more than physical movement. It is a holistic practice that includes mindful breathing, self-reflection, and acceptance. Through yoga, I learn every day to meet myself and others with greater awareness. In my practice, I place special emphasis on “Sthira Sukham Asanam” — the balance between stability and ease in every posture.

I teach in German and English.
