This 4-week advanced course is designed for experienced practitioners who are ready to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the physical layer. You will refine your alignment, explore more complex asanas, and develop greater control, stability, and awareness in your body and breath.
Each session builds progressively, combining strength, mobility, and intelligent sequencing. Expect a strong, focused practice that challenges you while creating space for precision and ease. Alongside the physical work, we integrate breathwork and mindful transitions to support a more refined and conscious flow.
This course is not about achieving the “perfect pose” but about cultivating depth, presence, and a more embodied experience of yoga.
