Take your practice to the next level.

This 4-week advanced course is designed for experienced practitioners who are ready to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the physical layer. You will refine your alignment, explore more complex asanas, and develop greater control, stability, and awareness in your body and breath.

Each session builds progressively, combining strength, mobility, and intelligent sequencing. Expect a strong, focused practice that challenges you while creating space for precision and ease. Alongside the physical work, we integrate breathwork and mindful transitions to support a more refined and conscious flow.

This course is not about achieving the “perfect pose” but about cultivating depth, presence, and a more embodied experience of yoga.

What to expect:

Advanced asana practice with detailed alignment cues
Exploration of arm balances, inversions, and transitions
Improved strength, flexibility, and body awareness
Breathwork to support control and endurance
Personal guidance to elevate your individual practice

Ich bin Ania – Liebhaberin eines gesunden Lebensstils, transformative Mentorin und leidenschaftliche Weltreisende.
Als kreative Yogalehrerin mit einer vertieften Ausbildung in Hatha Yoga und einer Spezialisierung in Vinyasa Flow und Yin Yoga (500h YTT) bringe ich umfassende Erfahrung in meinen Unterricht ein. Mehrere Jahre habe ich in Indien verbracht und dort durch Vipassana-Meditation sowie durch die Traditionen des Ashtanga- und Iyengar-Yoga tiefe Einblicke gewonnen.
In meinen Yogastunden verbinde ich klassische Asanas (Körperhaltungen) mit Pranayama (Atemtechniken) und Meditation. Meine Klassen sind kraftvoll und körperlich fordernd, zugleich achtsam und von spiritueller Tiefe getragen. Sie unterstützen dabei, Kraft und Beweglichkeit im Körper aufzubauen, Ruhe und Klarheit im Geist zu finden und Harmonie sowie Wohlbefinden zu erfahren.
Neben Yoga bin ich ausgebildete Psychologin, Massage-Therapeutin, Reiki-Meisterin und Access Bars Praktizierende. Durch die Verbindung dieser Ansätze begleite ich Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu einem bewussteren, gesünderen und erfüllteren Leben – und unterstütze nachhaltige Veränderung von innen heraus.

Ich unterrichte auf Englisch.

I am Ania, a lover of a healthy lifestyle, a transformative mentor, and a passionate world traveler.
As a creative yoga teacher with advanced training in Hatha Yoga and a specialization in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga (500-hour YTT), I bring extensive experience to my teaching. I spent several years in India, where I gained profound insights through Vipassana meditation as well as Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga traditions.
In my yoga classes, I combine traditional asanas (yoga postures) with pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. My classes are powerful and physically challenging, yet grounded in mindfulness and spiritual depth. They are designed to build strength and flexibility in the body, bring peace and clarity to the mind, and offer harmony and well-being to the soul.
Alongside yoga, I am a certified psychologist, massage therapist, Reiki master, and Access Bars practitioner. By integrating these modalities, I support individuals on their journey toward a more conscious, healthy, and fulfilling life—facilitating meaningful change from the inside out.

I teach in English.
