Yoga in a Bag Altstetten

Sabrina Stalder

Meine Yoga-Reise begann 2017 in Bali.

I’m Sabrina, a certified yoga teacher and working mother. My yoga journey began in Bali in 2017 and has since been shaped by stillness, presence, and listening inward. My teaching invites a calm, meditative space where awareness gently returns to the body, the breath, and the moment as it is.

Educated in Vinyasa, Yin, Traditional Hatha & Pre- & Postnatal Yoga (550h+), I weave mindful movement with conscious breathing and spacious pauses. Grounding and nervous system regulation lie at the heart of my work, creating room for subtle perception and inner connection.

I teach in German and English.
