Yoga in a Bag Altstetten

Yoav Nassau

I’m Yoav — yoga teacher, coach, and somatic practitioner. Originally from Mexico, my path led me across different countries and continents before finally bringing me to Zurich. What began as a curiosity about how yoga affects the body has evolved into a holistic practice that touches every aspect of my life. With a strong foundation in alignment and mindfulness, I teach Hatha, Flow, and Yin Yoga, inviting my students to explore the deep connection between body, mind, emotions, and soul. My classes are designed as a journey into curiosity, awareness, and self-discovery.

I teach in English.
