TEACHER TRAINING: Essence & Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training 200 hrs full training
The Essence & Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training combines the solid foundation of a classical yoga education with a present, embodied and consciousness-based practice.
We teach yoga as a path that offers both roots and wings: a strong grounding in anatomy, philosophy and methodology, combined with somatically felt practice, emotional intelligence and conscious space-holding.
Alongside the traditional pillars of yoga, we integrate experience-based and ceremonial elements such as heart-opening rituals (cacao, blue lotus), sound healing, breathwork and conscious connection practices. Not as something mystical or elevated, but as grounded, professional tools to support people on a deeper level.
Our intention is to train teachers who teach with authenticity, clarity, confidence and embodiment — and who understand yoga as an experiential space for growth, healing and presence.
Structure:
200 hours in 4 modules of 50 hours each. The Teacher Training is Yoga Alliance accredited and meets the applicable training standards.
Each module can be booked individually as a 50-hour continuing education, or all four together as the complete 200-hour teacher training.
Rates:
Full training module 1 to 4: 4’750 CHF (200h)
Single module 1, 2 or 3: 1’150 CHF (50h)
Retreat modul 4: 1’506 CHF (30h)
