Eine kraftvolle und zugleich geerdete Praxis mit Fokus auf präzise Ausrichtung, bewusste Atmung und klare, stabile Bewegungen. Die Sequenzen fördern Stärke, Präsenz und innere Balance. Zum Abschluss begleitet das Harmonium die Endentspannung – ein Klangraum, der Körper und Geist in Ruhe und Klarheit schwingen lässt.

Mit Yoga aufgewachsen, durfte ich seine Kraft und Magie bereits als Teenager erfahren. Seit über 22 Jahren unterrichte ich Yoga und Mantrasingen mit Freude, Klarheit und Hingabe.
In meinen Klassen entsteht Raum zum Ankommen, Loslassen und um sich bewusster mit sich selbst zu verbinden. Meine Kurse sind eine Einladung, im Alltag mehr Balance und Leichtigkeit zu finden.

Ich unterrichte auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Raised with yoga, I felt its power and magic already as a teenager. For over 22 years now, I have been teaching yoga and mantra singing with joy, clarity, and dedication. In my classes, space is created to arrive, let go, and connect more consciously with oneself. All my courses are an invitation to find balance and ease in everyday life.
