Yoga in a Bag Altstetten

Zusätzlich zu unserem regulären Stundenplan im Studio findet diesen Sommer bei schönem Wetter eine Outdoor Yoga Klasse im Park Tüfenwiesstatt (Tüfenwiesstrasse 23) statt.
Gemeinsam praktizieren wir unter freiem Himmel, mitten im Quartier und in entspannter Atmosphäre. Die Klassen werden von wechselnden Lehrerinnen aus dem Yoga in a Bag Team unterrichtet und laden Dich ein, den Samstagmorgen bewusst und bewegt zu beginnen.
Samstags bei schönem Wetter
10:00–11:00 Uhr
CHF 18 pro Klasse oder mit Deinem bestehenden Abo.
Bitte bring Deine eigene Yogamatte mit.
Die Klasse findet ab 5 Teilnehmer:innen statt. Absage wird 2 Stunden vor Termin kommuniziert. Die Klasse kann wie gewohnt über unseren Stundenplan gebucht werden.

In addition to our regular studio schedule, we are offering an Outdoor Yoga Class this summer in the park of Tüfenwies whenever the weather is nice.
Practice with us under the open sky, right in the heart of the neighbourhood and in a relaxed summer atmosphere. Classes are taught by rotating teachers from the Yoga in a Bag team and invite You to begin Your Saturday morning with movement, fresh air and presence.
Saturdays in good weather
10:00–11:00 a.m.
CHF 18 per class or included in Your existing membership.
Please bring Your own yoga mat.
The class takes place with a minimum of 6 participants. We would cancel the class 2 hours before the class. The class can be booked through our regular schedule as usual.
