Breathe, soften, and reconnect. A gentle yoga practice to release tension and invite mindfulness and calm.

This calming and nurturing yoga class emphasises breath, posture, and mindful awareness. You’ll be guided to tune into your bodies subtle sensations, quiet the mind, and invite a deep sense of peace and presence. Each posture and breath is an invitation to let go of stress, ground yourself, and reconnect with your inner calm.

I teach hatha & vinyasa yoga and practice Tuina (Chinese medical massage). I'm originally from England but followed my heart to Switzerland. I discovered yoga over ten years ago and found a haven of peace on my mat. Through teaching yoga my hope is to help people feel better in their bodies, find calm and clarity in their minds and connect more deeply to their hearts.
