Yoga - Vinyasa Krama
Reconnect to your body and mind
Take a one-hour break in the middle of your day to check in with yourself. We’ll start by gently arriving in the space, tuning into the body with awareness and simple breathing exercises. From there, we’ll warm up before flowing into dynamic sun salutations and gradually exploring more challenging postures. Toward the end, we’ll slow down again, leaving time to ground, calm, and integrate the practice.
You’ll leave class recharged — with fresh energy and clarity for the rest of your day.
The style we practice is Vinyasa Krama: a holistic and dynamic approach where movement is synchronized with the breath to create a meditative flow that nurtures both body and spirit. Each class weaves together a touch of philosophy, breathing techniques, and asanas, offering a moment to reconnect deeply with yourself.
Classes take place in English and are open to all levels.
