After many years working in IT, I discovered Pilates and fell in love with how it made me feel, both physically and mentally. That experience inspired me to leave my corporate career and turn my passion for movement into my profession.
Today, I help people build strength, improve mobility and move with confidence through personalised Pilates and assisted stretching—always with a focus on individual needs and long-term wellbeing.
