After many years working in IT, I discovered Pilates—and fell in love with how it made me feel, both physically and mentally. That experience inspired me to leave my corporate career and become a Pilates instructor.
Today, I help people build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence through personalised Pilates using the full Pilates apparatus. I'm grateful to share my passion every day and to work with clients who value mindful movement and long-term wellbeing
