Be:Life Studio | Yin Yoga | 60 minutes
This 60-minute yin yoga class invites you to take a moment to unwind and be gentle with yourself. It introduces you to the power emanating from slower movements and inner stillness. The yin poses are held for a period of 3-5 minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues (fascia) and the organ system of the body (meridians).
Supported by different props, meditation and breathing techniques, this class can help you gradually release tensions from your physical body, tune inwards and connect to your heart space. Optionally, you can bring your journal. At the end of each class, you can take a few minutes to put pen to paper and jot down your thoughts.
The practice is usually held in English (or German, if preferred). Everyone is welcome to attend, no prior experience with (yin) yoga is necessary.
