ABLAUF | WHAT TO EXPECT
Warm Up Flow, waking up the body and our senses for movement
Strengthening/Activating/Stretching Flow
Flow to prepare specific movement options for the Choreo
Choreo time (at least a full hour)
Cool down
The main goal is to connect with the joy and flow of dancing while we introduce and play around with a topic or an idea a certain focus along the way.
You will be introduced to the topic already in the Warm Up. The strengthening and activating part is tailored to the topic so we can work towards the peak of the class, the choreography, fully in bodying the topic we have been working on.
Every Workshop usually has a new topic.
That everyone can connect with their joy of dance, we always offer options to different restrictions, levels and needs.
If you have any specific restrictions, you can let us know in advance, then we can take special care in preparing different options.
