We believe that you are much more than a size or a weight and having fun is way more important than numbers. Working out should feel like playing...it should remind you of recess. We believe that being healthy is not a goal but a lifestyle and we think it should be fun and done with friends; it should be diverse, ever-changing and give you a feeling of satisfaction and pride when you’re done and a HELL YES attitude for the rest of the day. We believe that working out should be done outside and the greatest accessory is grass and dirt. We believe in the practice of positive thought and believe that will make as big an impact on your life as the health of your heart. We believe that you can never have too many high fives. We believe that sometimes the only thing to do the trick is a glass of wine or a bowl of ice cream and they should be enjoyed without feeling guilty. We know that a 6 pack is not the key to happiness. We are here to play big, get happy and sweat. Life is not about the number of breaths you take but the moments that take your breath away... we’re here to leave you breathless.

I was a Police Officer for 13 years and in 2014 I decided it was time to make a change and do something I love! My husband is 'allergic' to exercise BUT absolutely loves games and team sports. I knew that if I could convert him I'd have created something that can be loved by everyone... and so FFS was born! Fitness and games in one!
