LITTLE GYMNASTICS

Suitable for: 2.5 – 5 years / 45 minutes

Our Little Gymnastics class is tailored for preschool-age children who are ready to explore the basics of gymnastics. The focus is on developing strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility through themed skill circuits and engaging activities. Children will be introduced to foundational movements like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands in a positive and supportive environment, fostering their love for gymnastics from an early age.

Terrain Christie

The owner of CrossFit Thalwil, Terrain’s journey started in Montego Bay, Jamaica, before moving to New York at age six, where his love for sports took off. From football, basketball, and track & field to weightlifting and functional fitness, his athletic background shaped the coach he is today.
A CrossFit Level 2 Coach (working toward Level 3!), athletic trainer, and certified nutrition coach, Terrain brings experience, energy, and passion to every class. His expertise spans personal training, group coaching, and sports education, helping athletes of all levels build strength, confidence, and resilience.
In Switzerland, Terrain has expanded his coaching to include youth sports development, working with kids to improve confidence, manage anxiety, and build a strong athletic foundation. Whether he’s coaching adults or kids, his goal is the same: helping people unlock their full potential through fitness.
