Combining the principles of coaching, mentoring, and Pilates, Dori creates a practice that supports both body and mind.
On the mat, she focuses on stability, strength, and body awareness. In coaching, she guides clients through personal growth, inner clarity, and the confidence to live life from a place of alignment.
Her own journey led her from a fast-paced corporate career to a deeper connection with herself — and a new way of working with others.
She knows what it means to strive for more, and what it takes to pause, shift direction, and choose a path that feels true.
Today, Dori supports women who are ready to embrace their full presence — both physically and personally.
Whether through mindful movement or transformational coaching, her work creates space for energy, clarity, and joy.

She teaches in German, English, and Polish.
