A Community Fundraiser

Join us for a morning of movement in support of those affected by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela.

Choose between Flow (mobility, breath & yoga-inspired movement), Perform (hybrid training), or stay for both sessions.

This is a donation-based event, with 100% of proceeds going directly to humanitarian relief.
