In this course, we will focus on everything you need to perform your best on competition day.
Here is what we will cover:
-Techniques for every Hyrox movement
-Strategies for splitting the workout if you are in a team
-Identifying where to push hard and where to conserve energy
-How to avoid getting "no reps"
-Tapering strategies for the week leading up to the competition
-Nutrition tips for the week before and the competition day
- Followed by a short workout (bring along your training clothes)
