Birthlight - Yoga for pregnant women includes gentle yoga exercises, conscious breathing, sounds and deep relaxation.
Birthlight yoga is a safe and gentle exercise method for pregnant women. It helps to relieve common pregnancy-related back pain and discomfort, strengthen the bond between mother and child, and prepare for birth with serenity.
Every woman and every pregnancy brings with it many changes - physically but of course also emotionally and mentally. Birthlight Yoga helps you to take time to address these needs, to nurture yourself and to prepare for birth and motherhood.
You can join at any time as of 12th week of pregnancy and attend until the very end of pregnancy.
When purchasing a pass, please book all of your classes to guarantee a space (spaces are limited). If unable to join you can always cancel 24 hours in advance at no charge. Late cancellation is charged as if attended.
To enter the building: Please ring the bell at "Praxis" and push the door at the same time when you hear the "CLICK".
