Postnatal in Person (Baby willkommen)
Postnatal Yoga class with baby or without baby
-Our focus is on the pelvic floor and on gently strengthening the belly and back muscles. For overall well-being, we ease tension in the neck and shoulders through movement and stretching. We gradually realign the skeletal system. The babies are integrated in the class when needed, so as to encourage bonding.
Attendance as of 5 weeks from birth (8 weeks if you had a c-section) up to roughly 7-9 months. The class is no longer suitable if your baby is crawling.
-To enter please ring the bell at Praxis and push the door at the same time. The praxis is on the ground floor next to the lift. There are three little steps from ground floor into the building. If you have to come with the pram, please leave the pram by the entrance in the corridor.
-Bookable up to two hours before class start. Cancellations possible up to 24 hours before class start.
