Postnatal Yoga class with baby or without baby
-Our focus is on the pelvic floor and on gently strengthening the belly and back muscles. For overall well-being, we ease tension in the neck and shoulders through movement and stretching. We gradually realign the skeletal system. The babies are integrated in the class when needed, so as to encourage bonding.
Attendance as of 5 weeks from birth (8 weeks if you had a c-section) up to roughly 6 months. The class is no longer suitable if your baby is crawling.
