Mindful Vinyasa
An alignment-based flow that combines breath, movement, and awareness.
Pranayama and meditation are integrated, using the breath as a bridge between mind and body. Inspired by Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, the practice alternates between longer-held poses focused on alignment and dynamic, flowing sequences to build heat and energy.
Open to all levels, including pregnant women.
