In our Pilates Matwork (English) classes, you will experience controlled, flowing, and harmonious movements that are performed with both strength and stability. Under professional guidance, you will carry out movement sequences combined with proper breathing, helping you to become more aware of your body.
Our exercises support the development of functionally strengthened muscles and connective tissues, improved posture, and greater endurance in daily life.
This particular class places special focus on relaxation and the function of the fascia system, working specifically to improve mobility and release tension throughout the body.
