Yogalates | Intermediate (EN)
Yogalates is a perfect blend of two styles where long and short muscles are toned and trained in one workout. Not only is Yogalates a perfect way to train the body while having a lot of fun, but the breath-movement connection, breathwork, body scan, and meditation make the class amazing for the mind as well. Leaving the class, you will have a wonderful feeling of hard work and a clear mind. This intermediate-level Yogalates class is designed for those with some experience who want to deepen their practice. Modifications will be offered to support and progress your practice.
