VO₂ Max Interval & Threshold (ERG Session)
This interval-based conditioning session is designed to improve your VO₂ max and increase your aerobic threshold.
Most of the workout will be done on ERGs, such as the SkiErg, BikeErg, and rowing machine. These machines help you build endurance, improve fitness, and strengthen your engine.
This session is perfect for HYROX athletes or anyone who wants to improve their conditioning. You will work through challenging intervals, learn how to pace yourself, and build the ability to work hard for longer periods of time.
The coaches will train together with the group, not just coach from the side. We push the pace, motivate each other, and work as a team.
