Fullbody Power Circle
Fullbody Power Circle Training combines different exercises or stations in a circular or sequential manner. It involves performing a series of exercises, typically targeting different muscle groups or fitness components, with little to no rest in between. This Training is designed to provide a full-body workout, improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength and endurance, and enhance overall fitness.
