Nina has a quiet, private training room in the centre of Zürich and can offer a unique training programme designed especially for you. Highly experienced in Pilates matwork technique, Nina is also a BodyART instructor and has experience in boxing and toning techniques including her own Total Body Tone sessions. This is designed for each client and after 30 minutes of Pilates the heart rate is brought up with either dance, movement or boxing exercises, depending on what the client enjoys. She believes that working out should be fun as well as hard work!
