Group Circuit Training

The Circuit Training is composed by stations with different exercises able to drive you to achieve your healthy and fitness goals.

Among your friends, in a nice but challenging path, you can improve:
- Power
- Speed
- Flexibility
- Strenght
- Muscular endurance
- Cardio vascular system

...But also:
- Hit and kill the body fat
- Improve aerobic and anaerobic energy systems
- Be prepared and trained for specific sports

The instruments you will find in the gym are: kettle bells, sand/water bags, cubes, rack, boxing equipment, medicine balls, propriocetive tools, dumbbells, barbells, TRX, tyres, fit ropes, rings.


Personal Training

The Personal Training Session is composed by movements and exercises that allow you to perform tasks with better performance or efficiency.

By choosing the correct exercises, the right training variables and load, you can achieve all the healthy and fitness goals.
