Yogalates | Beginner (EN)
Yogalates is a perfect blend of two styles where long and short muscles are toned and trained in one workout. Not only is Yogalates a perfect way to train the body while having a lot of fun, but the breath-movement connection, breathwork, body scan, and meditation make the class amazing for the mind as well. Leaving the class, you will have a wonderful feeling of hard work and a clear mind. This beginner Yogalates class is perfect if you’re new to yoga, Pilates, or mindful movement.
